1、 Process flow

?? Wall setting out → Wall foundation construction → Install the keel along the ground and top → Install vertical keel → Fix various openings and doors → Install gypsum board on one side → Drilling, pipe laying and threading of Nuanwei hydropower station → Install sound insulation cotton → Install gypsum board on the other side → Joint treatment → Connect fixed equipment, electrical → Wall decoration → Skirting construction

II. Installation points

?? 1. According to the wall position determined by the design drawing, set out the wall position line on the ground and lead it to the ceiling and side wall

?? 2. When cement and stone skirting boards are used in the design, the lower end of the wall should be made of wall mats. If wood skirting boards are used, the lower end of the wall can be directly connected to the ground. Both kinds of skirting boards can be processed by concave or convex methods. Before making the wall mat, clean the contact parts between the wall mat and the floor and ground. Then brush a cement slurry bonding layer, and then make a c-plain concrete wall pad. The upper surface of the wall pad is flat, and both sides should be vertical

?? 3. Steel keel installation:

first fix the frame keel (along the ground, along the top and along the wall column keel) with the main structure. Before fixing, a layer of rubber strip or asphalt foam plastic strip shall be paved and filled at the contact between the keel along the ground and the top and the ground and top surface. The frame keel and the main structure can be fixed by shooting nails, which are arranged at a spacing of 0.6-1m. The horizontal direction is not more than 0.8m, and the vertical direction is not more than 1m. The best depth of shooting nails into the base: the concrete base is 22-23mm, and the brick masonry is 30-50mm. The position of shooting nails should avoid the laid concealed pipe. For the determined keel spacing, draw lines on the keel along the ground and along the top. The vertical keel should be arranged from one end of the wall. When there are doors and windows on the partition wall, they should be arranged from the door and window to one or both sides. When the size of the last keel from the wall (column) edge is greater than the specified keel spacing, a keel must be added. Unless otherwise specified, the upper and lower ends of the keel should generally be fixed with the keel along the ground and top with rivets or self tapping screws. Install the vertical keel and put it in place according to the determined keel spacing. When concealed joints are used, the keel spacing shall be increased by 3mm. If exposed joints are used, the keel spacing shall be determined according to the width of exposed joints. The vertical keel shall be cut in advance according to the required length, and shall be cut from the upper end. The up-down direction and punching position shall not be reversed, and the punching height shall be ensured to be at the same level. Under normal circumstances, the keel should not be extended. When installing the door column, it should be combined according to the form of the door column determined by the design. While installing the column, the door and the main column should be in place and fixed together. When the height of the partition wall exceeds the length of the stone slab, a horizontal keel should be set, generally using the following connection methods: (1) use the ground and top keel to connect with the vertical keel; (2) The vertical keel is adopted, and the vertical keel is connected with the clamp and angle bracket. The through horizontal brace keel must be kept at the same level with the punching of the vertical keel, and be fastened. When the distribution board, fire hydrant, various wall attached equipment and hanging parts are set in the partition wall, the connecting parts shall be firmly connected with the skeleton parts in advance when installing the skeleton according to the design requirements

?? 4. Gypsum board installation:

gypsum boards should be arranged vertically, gypsum boards on both sides of the partition wall should be staggered, and the bottom plate and panel of the sound insulation wall should also be staggered. The installation sequence of gypsum board should be fixed from the middle of the board to both sides. The gypsum board and keel shall be fixed with cross head self tapping screws. The screw length is used for 12mm thick gypsum board. In order to avoid 25mm long, it is 35mm long for two layers of 12mm thick gypsum board. The screw is at least 10mm away from the edge of the gypsum board (i.e. the edge of the board wrapped in the paper), and at least 15mm away from the cutting edge. The screw should be slightly embedded in the board, but it should not damage the paper. The nail distance is 250mm around the board and 300mm in the middle of the board. In order to prevent the gypsum board at the upper corner of the door from cracking at the joint, the side panel should be knife handle shaped. The external corner of the partition wall and the edge of the door and window shall be made of gypsum board with square corners and no damage. The gypsum board at the lower end of the partition wall should not be in direct contact with the ground, and a gap of 10-15mm should be left, and a gap of 5mm should be left around the sound insulation wall. The partition wall located in wet rooms such as toilets shall be made of waterproof gypsum board. The construction method shall be in strict accordance with the design requirements. The lower end of the partition wall shall be made with a wall cushion and embedded with sealing paste at the lower end of the gypsum board, and the joint width shall not be less than 5mm. After the gypsum board is installed, the connectors of various auxiliary equipment set on the partition frame shall be marked clearly

III. joint treatment of gypsum board partition wall installation

?? 1. Where the exposed gypsum part of the wall is damaged, the floating ash should be swept away first, and the 107 glue solution with a concentration of 10% should be applied once, and then the repair and caulking should be carried out after drying. If there is local damage, it should be repaired

?? 2. Gypsum board wall joint treatment mainly includes seamless treatment and control joint treatment. The seamless treatment is to use gypsum putty and joint paper tape to smooth. When the length of the partition wall is about 12M, control joints should be set, and the treatment of control joints should be carried out in accordance with the relevant operating procedures

?? Seamless processing operation steps:

?? Apply caulking putty. Remove the floating soil in the joint, and use a small scraper to insert the putty into the plate joint and fill it with the plate surface. Paste seam masking paper. When the putty in the joint finally sets, scrape a thin layer of bottom putty with thin consistency at the joint, about 60mm wide and 1mm thick, then paste the joint paper with a sticker, scrape and compact with a scraper from top to bottom, and drive out the bubbles between the putty and the paper tape. Middle putty. Then scrape a layer of putty with a width of about 80mm and a thickness of about 1mm on the paper tape, and embed the joint paper tape into the putty layer. Leveling putty. After the putty solidifies, use a scraper to fill the wedge-shaped groove with the putty and level it with the plate surface

IV. quality requirements

?? Before the installation of the wall, the quality of the keel and plate should be checked. Those who are warped, deformed, missing edges and corners, damp and moldy or whose specifications do not meet the requirements should not be used without taking measures. The adhesive, putty and joint belt used shall have the date of manufacture, instructions for use and material qualification certificate

?? The quality of partition wall works shall meet the following requirements:

?? The connection between framework and wall structure shall be firm without looseness. Paste or fix the cover panel with screws, and the surface should be flat without delamination. The surface of the plate shall be free of defects such as pollution, fracture, lack of edge, falling angle, hammering and so on. The laying direction of plates shall be correct, the installation shall be firm, the joints shall be tight and smooth, and the surface shall be flat. The bonding between plates and between plates and the main structure shall be dense, firm and smooth. The pasted skirting board shall not have large area hollowing. The quality standard shall meet the design requirements and the latest national acceptance specifications and quality inspection and evaluation standards, and shall reach the excellent level
